About Us at the Park Guest House, Stornoway
The best way to tell you about us is to explain that the Park Guest House is a fine example of a Victorian stone-built house. The Park is well-located being on one of the arterial roads leading into the town of Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis, which is an island in the Outer Hebrides.
It is only about half a mile from the centre of the town and close to the ferry terminal, where there are usually two sailings to and from Ullapool on the mainland. We have six letting bedrooms, including a single, two doubles, and a twin. All our rooms are en-suite. We also have two separate family suites in the grounds of the guest house. Ask us for details.
Please note that we do not currently offer breakfast in-house. It is available, however, at another restaurant across the road and also at other premises within a two-minute walk. You may order breakfast in advance in these two restaurants from us at reception, if you wish.
The owners of the Park Guest House are Catherine and Roddy Afrin, who was previously a professional chef and who also ran culinary classes for students at the nearby college, and their family have run the Park since 1986.
